On April 21, 2012, of Haddon Township, NJ. Age 62 years.

Beloved husband of Nicole Bellamy Loughman for 42 years. Dear father of Jonathan B. and Jessica B. of Haddon Township, NJ. Son of Mary Brown Loughman of Haddon Township, NJ and the late James Chisler Loughman, Hyde Park, NY. Brother of Carol Noffz of Northville, MI.

Born in Rochester, NY, Edward received his Physics degree from Bard College in 1971 and his M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University. He joined CIGNA (then INA Corporation) in 1973 as a Loss Control Specialist and rose to the position of Chief Risk Officer, Vice President of CIGNA Corporation, Philadelphia, retiring in 2004. He also performed pro bono service as Vice President for the Boy Scouts of America for 15 years until 2009, handling risk and regulatory affairs. Edward served on the advisory board of the Haddon Twp. Business Improvement District and on the Planning Board. He also was actively involved in local real estate investment and development and was the managing member of Loughman Associates, LLC.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial gathering on Friday, May 4th from 5pm to 8pm at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Interment private.
