Suddenly on June 25, 2007, of Oaklyn, NJ. Age 77 years.

Beloved husband of the late Dolores H. Bender (Nee-Hamilton). Dear father of Diane L. Hastings and Sandra J. (Paul) Allison, both of Haddon Heights, NJ. Devoted grandfather of Ray, Katie and Rosie Hastings and Nikki and Rachel Allison. Brother of Edward, John, Julie Smith and the late Victor.

Mr. Bender was a U.S. Air Force Korean Conflict veteran. He was a 40 year employee of Wing Corp. of Westmont, NJ, serving as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Bender was also an avid Philadelphia Flyers season ticket holder and enjoyed scuba diving, golfing and summers at Ocean City, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Friday 11:00 AM at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 409 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, NJ. Interment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ. Friends may visit with the family Friday 9:30-11:00 AM at the church.
