On February 21, 2008, of Williamstown, NJ, formerly of Collingswood, NJ. Age 83 years.

Beloved husband of Billie Sutherland (Nee-Wilson). Dear father of Robert (Susan) of Gloucester Twp., NJ and Albert (Nancy) of Haddon Twp., NJ. He is also survived by four grandchildren: Robert, Kelly, Chris and Matthew and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Sutherland was a WWII U.S. Army Air Corps veteran and a retired U.S. Air Force Major after 22 years of service. He was a former member of the 514th Air Mobility Wing at McGuire Air Force Base (335 squadron now retired). Mr. Sutherland was the former owner of Neptune Pump and Manufacturing Co. and longtime member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church of Collingswood, where he served as past Senior Warden. He was the past President of the Reserve Officers Assoc., S.J. Chapter, retired officer and member of M.O.A.A., member of Pilot Classes 1944, Collingswood Cloud #101 F & AM, Excelsior Consistory Scottish Rite and a P47 thunderbolt advocate.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family Monday 9:30 to 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Haddon & Fern Aves., Collingswood, NJ 08108. Burial Office and Holy Eucharist will follow at 11:00 AM. Inurnment in the church memorial garden.
