(nee-Chambers) On June 24, 2008, formerly of Collingswood, NJ.
Beloved wife of the late James P. Smith. Dear mother of Bruce (Margaret) Smith, Alesia (Sebastian) Vasta and Laurie (David) Wood. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Alaina, Sabrina, Jennifer, Philip and Andrew, two great grandchildren: Nicholas and Alyssa and three nephews.
Mrs. Smith was a life-long volunteer. She worked tirelessly for the Collingswood Community Nursing Association, Child Guidance Clinic, Collings-Knight House, Collingswood Election Board, Collingswood Proud Neighbors and the American Red Cross. She was also a devoted member of the Collingswood Presbyterian Church.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service Saturday 11 AM at the Collingswood Presbyterian Church, Fern & Maple Aves., Collingswood, NJ 08108. Interment Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, NJ. Friends may visit with the family Saturday 10 to 11 AM at the church.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made in her memory to the church. Arrangements by the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, Collingswood, NJ.
