Obituary
Augusto "Augie" Baccarini passed away on June 4, 2011, of Collingswood, NJ. Age 86 years.
Beloved husband of Lucia Baccarini (nee Manfredi). Loving father of Maurizio and wife, Margaret (nee Bielakowski). Grandfather of Patrick. He is also survived by his brother, Gino and wife, Dorothy Baccarini and three nephews, Steven, David and John Baccarini.
Augie was born in Manhattan in 1924 and spent his early childhood years in New York City. His family returned to Italy and there he spent his adolescent years. He served as a Second Lieutenant in the Italian Army during World War II and then continued his higher education. He always demonstrated a strong work ethic and enjoyed his accomplishments.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family Thursday, June 9th, 10 to 11 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Memorial service will follow at 11 AM. Inurnment Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Cherry Hill, NJ.
