Barbara Grace Sagges (nee Aspey) passed away on December 23, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. A resident of Oaklyn, NJ and formerly of Somerset, PA and Beltsville, MD, Barbara was 88.

Mother of Cindy Lou Pattana (Louis) and Timothy Sagges (Joseph Sirak). Grandmother of Jesse Paul Pattana. Sister of John (Sheila) Aspey, Vernon Aspey, Lucille Mileo, Louis (Barbara) Aspey and the late Stanley Aspey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Barbara was an avid crossword puzzler and Jeopardy enthusiast. Always up on current events and especially politics. An armchair physician, she could diagnose almost any symptom. Her sense of humor had almost no boundaries. And even though her health kept her home most days, she regularly watched church mass on Facebook and especially enjoyed Wednesday night game night calls with her church buddies.

Funeral service and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.  A memorial service to celebrate Barbara's life will be announced and held at a later date.
