Obituary

Bette Lee Kehoe (nee Vandegrift) of Collingswood and Ocean City passed away on February 5, 2018 at the age of 84.  She was the daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy Vandegrift.  She was also predeceased by her brother, Donald, who died at the age of five.

Bette was the beloved wife of the late James L. Kehoe.  They were married 37 years before Jim's passing at age 63.  Their happiest times were spent surrounded by family, many friends and most importantly her "friend since birth," Sylvia Linus, and her extended family in Ocean City.

She is survived by her sons, James and his wife, Liz; Michael and his wife, Donna; Donald and his wife, Lisa and her five grandchildren: Lindsey, Kelli, Nicole, Donald and Brett.

Recognized as a "snappy dresser" during her high school days at Woodrow Wilson High in Camden, anyone who knew Bette knew her sense of style and her desire to always be dressed to impress.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday 9:45 to 11:15 AM at St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish, St. John Church, 809 Park Ave., Collingswood, NJ.  Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:15 AM.  Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
