On November 13, 2006, of Mantua, NJ. Age 73 years.

Predeceased by his wife, Shirley Arrigo, Carmen is survived by his children: Ron (Kim) Arrigo of Ewing, NJ, John Arrigo of Hamilton, NJ and Debbie (Joseph) Blingham of Franklinville, NJ. Also survived by the sunshine of his life, his 7 grandchildren: Justin, Jessica, Johanna, Jamie, Jennifer, Joey Jr. and Kari, a sister, Josephine Groome of Vineland, NJ and longtime companion, Lauretta Bowen and her children, Joe and Jane Bowen.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
