On May 16, 2014, a longtime resident of Haddon Heights, NJ.  Age 90 years.  Beloved husband of 59 years to the late Sara "Kitty" Rowntree.  Dear brother of Robert Rowntree.  Loving uncle to nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

Mr. Rowntree was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and received the Bronze Star Medal.  He was a member for over 60 years of Ascension Lutheran Church, Haddon Heights and a longtime sales manager in auto sales, last employed by Classic Chevrolet in Moorestown.  Mr. Rowntree was also a member of Maple Shade/Moorestown Lodge #281 F&AM.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Wednesday 10 to 11 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 250 White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ.  Funeral Service will follow at 11 AM.  Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
