Obituary

On September 11, 2015, Deacon Emil A. Ralbusky went home to be with the Lord. Of Collingswood, NJ; age 65 years.

Deacon Emil was the beloved husband of Marie (nee Baldyga) for 42 years. Loving father of Heather (Kevin) Brown of Marlton, NJ and Amy (Dustin) Ritter of Baltimore, MD. His favorite job was grandfather to Katie, Jackie, Abbie, Torie and Claire. Deacon Emil was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Laura Ralbusky of Wheeling, WV and brother, Joseph Ralbusky of Michigan. He is also survived by his sister, Debbie Duff of Wheeling, WV, sister-in-law, Garnell Ralbusky of Waterford, MI and many nieces and nephews.

Deacon Emil was born and raised in Wheeling, WV and attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV where he met his wife. Deacon Emil joined the Deaconate in 1988 and earned his Master's in Church Management from Villanova University. He and his wife were active participants in the Pro-Life Movement and spent their time and treasure supporting the message that every life is precious.

Deacon Emil will be most remembered for his deep love of God. His journey with cancer was inspirational to all. Deacon Emil used what others might call a sickness or burden as an opportunity to grow closer to God and his family. His favorite responses when asked about his health were "Jesus had the cross, I only have a splinter" and that "every day is a gift from God; make the most of it".

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday Evening 6 to 9 PM at ST. PETER CHURCH, 43 W. Maple Ave., Merchantville, NJ and Wednesday 8 to 9:30 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 10 AM at St. Peter Church, 43 W. Maple Ave., Merchantville, NJ. Entombment Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ.
