(nee Shay) Passed peacefully at home on April 24, 2024 watched over with love by her husband of 45 years, Paul J. Horsting.  Deb was 68 years old.

Daughter of the late James H. Shay and Mary (nee Robertson) Shay, and sister to the late James R. Shay and Maryanne (nee Shay) White. Deborahanne is survived by her husband Paul, her children Aaron and Katherine, her granddaughter Agnes, her sister Carolyn Shay, as well as her nieces Elizabeth, Stacey, Meghan, and Jessica and her nephew James.

Deborahanne graduated from Highland Regional High School in Blackwood, NJ and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia, and she was an active member of the Philadelphia Sketch Club. She was an enthusiastic painter and artist. She was always happiest painting en plein air with friends.
