Eleanor "Dorothy" Harman passed away on October 11, 2021 at the age of 97.

Born and raised in Collingswood, NJ, Dot was a graduate of Collingswood High School.

Predeceased by her loving husband, Samuel L. Harman, 3 rd and her son, Douglas.   She is survived by her sons, Dennis (Mari), daughter-in-law Leila, Gary and grandchildren, Kim (Angellica), Tai, Lauren (Alex), Brian (Molly), Jeff, Kelly, Daniel, Samantha and Victoria, and 8 great grandchildren and also survived by her life-long friend and significant partner in her later years, John Hughes of Fernandina Beach, Fla.

Dot truly lived a long life to it's fullest, always loving, caring, and giving to all of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She loved sewing, reading, entertaining, playing cards and going out with family and friends. She loved to travel with Sam, and ventured to places such as England and Normandy to visit the WWII American Cemeteries there.  She was always up for new adventures including white water rafting at age 74.  She often entertained our Army soldiers stationed at Fort Dix during the Vietnam War by inviting them for dinners and weekend BBQs.

She was a wonderful mother, a loving wife, grandmother, sister and an all-around good neighbor to all.

She'll truly be remembered for her constant and loving kindness...an inspiration to us all.

Dot's funeral service and interment with her late husband, Samuel were private at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements by the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, Collingswood and Audubon, NJ.
