(nee Koslowski) Born in Sharpsburg, PA, Dorothy was a longtime resident of Haddon Twp., NJ.

Wife of the late Joseph R. Staniszewski.  Mother of Kathleen Staniszewski of Maple Shade, NJ, Robert (Janet) Staniszewski of Haddon Twp., NJ, MaryAnn Young (Brad) of Riverton, NJ and Joseph (Cynthia) Staniszewski of Swarthmore, PA.  Grandmother to Emily (Erin) O'Donnell, Adam (Danielle) Staniszewski, Dana Young and Alex (Erica) Young.  Great grandmother to McKinnley and Raegen O'Donnell and Ellie and Claire Young.

In 1952, Dorothy packed her wedding gown in a suitcase, got on a ship to Europe to marry Joe in The Hague, Netherlands.  Dorothy supported Joe with his career with RCA Astro and they enjoyed 64 years together.  Dorothy was a proud Red Cross bloodmobile volunteer and ran the bingo kitchen at Holy Saviour Church in Westmont, NJ.  Dorothy also enjoyed her time with the Collingswood Seniors and loved their trips to the Atlantic City casinos.  Most of all, Dorothy loved her family and extended family in Pittsburgh.

There will be a private graveside service at Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, NJ.
