Edith served on the Board of Directors of Community Health and Nursing Services (CHANS), Collingswood, NJ and the Visiting Nurse Association of Southern New Jersey, Runnemede, NJ. A retired executive secretary of Glaxo Smith Kline, she was a member of Friends of the Haddonfield Library, Friends of Bancroft and a life member of the Haddonfield Historical Society. During World War II, she joined the American Red Cross Overseas Association (ARCOA), serving in Great Britain, France and Italy.

Funeral service Saturday 1 PM in the Chapel at the Evergreens, 309 Bridgeboro Rd., Moorestown, NJ. Interment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ. Friends may visit Saturday after 12:15 PM.
