(Nee-Kerney) Suddenly on December 19, 2009, of Mays Landing, NJ.
Beloved wife of the late Frank L. Johnson, Jr. Loving mother of Richard E. (Roseanne) Johnson of Coral Springs, FL, Trish (James) Sheilds of Haddon Heights, NJ and Steven K. (Jen) Johnson of Mays Landing, NJ. Adoring grandmother of 10 grandchildren: Kristina and Kimberlee Johnson, Samantha, Jimmy, Sarah and Allie Sheilds, Hannah, Emily, Connor and Ryan Johnson. Dear sister of Margaret K. (the late William) Carter, Michael (Jeanne) Brennan, Patrick (Joan) Brennan and the late Cass (Frank) Donnelly. "Aunt Eddie" to numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Edna worked as Secretary to the G.M. of Atlantic City Race Course until her retirement. After the death of her husband Frank, she reentered the workforce with the Hamilton Twp. Police Dept. and thereafter for the Atlantic County Criminal Court System for the late 21 years, acquiring many friends and admirers along the way.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Wednesday, December 23rd, 9 to 11 AM at the Church of St. Vincent de Paul, 114 Rt. 50, Mays Landing, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing, NJ.
