Obituary
Suddenly on January 19, 2013, of Somerdale, NJ. Age 87 years.
Beloved husband of the late Ruth Szary (nee McConnell) and father of the late Marianne Szary. Dear father of Donald, Francene (Joseph) Guida and Peter (Kari). Proud Pop-Pop of 6 grandchildren and Great Pop-Pop of 5 great grandchildren.
Mr. Szary was a WWII U.S. Army Air Corps veteran. He was a 42 year employee of GE Aviation, retiring in 1989 and took part in the launching of the first commercial broadcasting satellite in Japan. He was also a longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church of Haddonfield and loved following his grandchildren's sports and dance activities.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family on Wednesday 10 to 11 AM at the First Presbyterian Church, 20 E. Kings Highway, Haddonfield, NJ 08033. Memorial Service will follow at 11 AM. Interment private. The family suggests contributions be made to the church at the above address.
