Eileen G. Jones (nee Contrucci), 82, passed away on October 27, 2025 at Cooper Hospital, Camden, NJ.  Born and raised in Hammonton, NJ Eileen was a longtime resident of Deptford, NJ.

Eileen was the daughter of the late Nevio and Eleanor Contrucci (nee Penza).  She is the loving mother of Tracey Anne Jones (Allan James) and Robert Alan Jones.  She is also survived by her granddaughter, Ashley Jones (Robert).

Eileen loved sports and was a NY Giants and Yankees fan.  She was an athlete herself in high school, playing on the basketball and field hockey teams as well as being a member of the Drum and Bugle Corps.  She loved cooking and baking and was known for her meatballs and lasagna, chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake!

Eileen was an animal lover and we always had pets when we were growing up.  She turned that love into a pet sitting business for a number of years.  She also had a passion for classic cars and muscle cars and could often be found in the garage detailing her Camaro or performing maintenance on one of them.

Eileen was also a member of a bible study group, loved Cary Grant movies and enjoyed a good action flick.  Mom was a character who was both strong and fiesty with a great sense of humor.  She will be greatly missed by all.

Funeral service and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements by the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, Collingswood and Audubon, NJ.
