Obituary
(nee Knowles) On January 6, 2014, of Cherry Hill, NJ. Age 83 years. Beloved wife of Howell B. Place. Dear mother of Howell (Debbie), Gary (MaryAnn), Glenn (Kristina) and Nancy (Steve) Day. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Gary, Beverly, Steven, Stephen, Nicole and Chelsea.
Mrs. Place loved her time spent with family and friends and was the longest living resident of Chadwick Beach, NJ.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with her family on Friday 10:30 to 11:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church, 10 W. Maple Ave., Merchantville, NJ. Memorial Service will follow at 11:30 AM. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 and/or Almost Home Animal Shelter, 9140 Pennsauken Hwy., Pennsauken, NJ 08109.
Arrangements by the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, Collingswood, NJ.
