On June 7, 2007, of Collingswood, NJ. Age 86 years.
Beloved husband of the late Muriel L. Baker. Dear father of Marilyn (Richard) Harris of Manahawkin, NJ, Mary Lou (Harry) Watson of Berlin, NJ, Gail of Haddon Heights, NJ, David (Lori) of Scottsdale, AZ, Gary (April) of Haddonfield, NJ, Jack (Pam) of Round Rock, TX, Mark (Stella) Cherry Hill, NJ, Douglas of Collingswood, NJ and Christopher (Sylvia) of Mt. Laurel, NJ. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren. Brother of the late Edward, Thomas and Wallace Baker.
Born and raised in Camden, Francis was the son of the late Thomas A. and Jane Wallace Baker. Mr. Baker was a WWII U.S. Army Air Corps veteran and a graduate of Camden Catholic High School. He was a 40 year resident of Collingswood and retired from RCA in 1987.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Sunday Eve. 7:00-9:00 PM and Monday 9:30-10:30 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, Haddon & Lees Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 11:00 AM at the Church of St. John, Park & Lees Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Interment private.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made in his name to the Collingswood Manor, 460 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ 08108.
