Age 59, of Haddon Heights, NJ passed away suddenly on September 20, 2012.

Fred started working at Colonial Penn Claims where he met his beloved wife, Joanne. He attended night school at Rutgers Law while working full time and starting a family. Fred began as a trial attorney at Obermayer Rebmann and then worked nearly 22 years at Trump Entertainment Resorts as Vice President of Legal Affairs. Fred worked closely with his fellow employees, regulators and public officials, and enjoyed the challenge of counseling this large organization. Practicality and good nature were Fred's trademarks. He was currently serving as Secretary of the Casino Law Section of the NJ State Bar Association.

Fred was the beloved husband of Joanne. He was the loving and joyful father of Kathleen and Christine. Fred was predeceased by his father, Walter and brother, Larry. He is also survived by his mother, Patricia and sisters, Bonnie Zoppel and Mary Rinaldi, nieces and nephews.

Fred had many friends, and enjoyed a cold beer with spirited conversation about sports and politics. His kind and keep-it-simple attitude will live on with family and friends.

All are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday Evening 6 to 9 PM and Wednesday 9 to 10 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 250 White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ. Prayer service will follow Wednesday 10 AM. Interment private.
