(Nee-Kruse) On March 8, 2008, of Atco, NJ, formerly of Collingswood and Ocean City, NJ. Age 96 years.

Beloved wife of the late Robert M. Welch. Dear mother of Carolyn (William) Alexander of Ocean City, NJ and the late Robert D. Welch. Loving grandmother of Robert W. Alexander, James B. Alexander, Joy C. Daley and the late Susan L. Alexander. She is also survived by three great grandchildren: Katherine and Jonathan Alexander and William T. Daley.

Mrs. Welch was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Collingswood.

"Truly Amazing" to all who were blessed to know her, as she often reminded them, of what God had done in her and for her. Her faith and love of the Lord were an inspiration to her family and friends. "Jake", "Nana" and "Giggles" as some remember her, would light up a room with her smile, laugh and kind heart.

She had a deep love of Christ and a constant desire to make his love known. Music and dancing, the seashore breeze and a good swim in the ocean were among her favorite things. She cherished each relationship she had, especially those with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins and especially her daughter, Carolyn.

Because she lived such a long life, she has touched the lives of many others. Grace will be missed by all, but was also greeted by many gone before her, in her homecoming this past Saturday.

Interment will take place Wednesday 12:30 PM at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service Wednesday 3 PM at the First United Methodist Church, Park & Dayton Aves., Collingswood, NJ. Friends may visit with the family Wed. 2 to 3 PM at the church.
