On January 25, 2019, of Haddon Heights, NJ.  Age 94 years.

Beloved husband of 66 years to Phyllis A. Carter (nee Brettell).  Dear father of Sharon Heenan (Erik) and Gregory.  Loving grandfather of Delaney, Gregory, Aaron and Holly.  He is also lovingly survived by his brother, Clarence and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Carter was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Saturday, February 2, 10 to 11 AM at the First Presbyterian Church, 7th Ave. and Green St., Haddon Heights, NJ 08035.  Memorial Service will follow at 11 AM.  Interment private.
