It is with a heavy heart to announce the sudden passing of Henry Amiano-Contreiras on January 12th, 2023 in Collingswood, NJ. Age 58 years.
Beloved son of Maria and the late Juan Amiano. Dear brother to Belma Amiano. Survived by his children, Monica O'Brien, Justin Torres and Timothy Amiano. Henry was also survived by many loving relatives, cousins and friends.
Henry was born in New York City but lived most of his life in New jersey. He was a resident of Collingswood for more than two decades.
He worked as a chef at Wiley Christian Retirement Community. His proudest and greatest accomplishments in life were his children. Deep down in his heart of hearts (as he would always say) Henry truly had a good heart. Henry LOVED music , he was always listening to/or playing music. He was an artist and talented drummer/musician. His love for traveling, boating, fishing, the beach and nature always kept him in the sun. His passion was cooking for people and he loved all animals. He was also an avid fan of the Philadelphia sports teams.
Please keep Henry and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
May his soul rest in peace and forever in glory. You will forever be loved and missed big brother. Until we meet again.
Interment will be held at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ and services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements by the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, Collingswood and Audubon, NJ.
