He is survived by his partner, Rob Hargraves of Oaklyn, NJ, a brother, Walter R., Jr. of Vermont, a sister, Gail S. (Michael) D'Ambra of the Villas, NJ, a niece, Carrie, a nephew, Brian and his sister-in-law, Helen.
Jack was the owner of Westbury Bar & Restaurant, Philadelphia, PA for 18 years. He loved to travel and had an acute interest in real estate.
Funeral Service and interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Mazzoni Center, 1201 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19107 or M.A.N.N.A. Arrangements by the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, Collingswood, NJ.
