On December 1, 2011, of Audubon, NJ. Age 78 years. Beloved husband of Shirley Phillips (nee Turner). Dear father of Sherry P. (Leo) Kane and Tracy (Norman) Mulqueen, both of Audubon, NJ. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Jessica and Joshua, Tracy's godchild, Veronica Williams and beloved Grandfather to many others; three brothers: G. Dewey, Don and Dan Phillips, a sister, Linda Laganas, several nieces and nephews, his aunt, Kathryn Turner and dear friend, Arthur Friedlander.


Mr. Phillips was a Korean Conflict U.S. Navy veteran and was the owner of Datatech Business Forms, Inc., Philadelphia for over 40 years. An avid fisherman and outdoorsman, Jack also enjoyed time spent at the shooting range.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday evening, December 5th, 6 to 7:30 PM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 250 White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ. Funeral service will follow at 7:30 PM. Interment private.
