Jim passed away at home in Runnemede, NJ surrounded by his loving family on March 10, 2024.  He was 61 years old.

Beloved son of the late Harry and Ruth Binder.  Loving brother of Robert (Linda) Binder and Patricia Binder.  Dear uncle of Christopher, Robert, Jr. and Kathryn and great uncle to Colin.  Jim is also survived by his dear pets, Bailey and Sarah Vaughan.

Jim was a 1980 graduate of Collingswood High School and a U.S. Navy veteran, serving from 1980 to 1984 where he was honored as a plank owner of the USS Fahrion.  After his time in the Navy, he attended Camden County College where he earned an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences.  Jim was a longtime laboratory technician in the chemical industry, working for several companies and finishing his career with Ashland Chemical Company.  Jim had a great love of music, and later in life took up playing the saxophone and flute.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, March 14, 10:00 to 11:30 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ.  Funeral service will follow at 11:30 AM.  Interment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ.
