Obituary
On November 8, 2016, of Haddon Twp., NJ. Age 97 years.
Beloved husband of the late Johanna May Tingley (nee Erickson). Devoted father of Bruce (Nanette) Tingley, Pamela Tingley, Andrea (Phil) Goodwin and Fred (Victoria) Tingley. Loving grandfather of Elizabeth, Allison, Michelle, Franklin and Kristina Goodwin; Erik and Alexandra.
Frank lived in Haddon Twp., NJ from 1935 to 2015 except for his military service years. He left the University of Delaware to volunteer for WWII, where he flew in combat in B-24, B-25 and B-26 aircraft from Queensland, Australia, Owi, Indonesia and Papua, New Guinea where his aircraft was shot down. After graduating from Temple University he was called back into the Air Force for the Korean Conflict. Frank enjoyed a long and challenging career with RCA/Lockheed Martin, including time working at Eielson Air Force Base, Moose Creek, Alaska during the Vietnam Conflict.
Funeral service, U.S. Air Force military honors and interment in the Tingley family burial plot at Harleigh Cemetery, Camden were held privately on Veteran's Day.
