On December 17, 2006, of Haddonfield, NJ. Age 83 years.

Beloved daughter of the late George and Florence Patterson. She is survived by two cousins: Florence (Ellis) Danley of Collingswood, NJ and Daniel (Harriet) Iepson of Moorestown, NJ.

Miss Patterson served in the United States Navy Nursing Corps during WWII. She was the former director of Cooper Hospital School of Nursing, where she taught for over 35 years. She was a graduate of Hahneman Hospital School of Nursing with a R.N. Degree and earned her Master's Degree in Nursing in 1951 from the Univ. of Pennsylvania. Miss Patterson began her career in 1953 at Cooper Hospital, retiring in 1990. She was a member of the New Jersey State Nursing Assoc., The Nursing League, Alumni Assoc. of the Univ. of Pennsylvania, Pi Lambda Theta and Nursing Honor Society for Women in Education and the retiring commander of American Legion Post #412 Helen Fairchild Nurses Post, Philadelphia, PA.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Wednesday, Dec. 20th 9:00-10:00 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, Haddon & Lees Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Funeral service will follow at 10:00 AM. Interment private for family at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights, PA.
