Suddenly on April 16, 2024; of Blackwood, NJ, formerly of Barrington, NJ.  Age 45 years.

Beloved son of Maryann Snethen and Edwin (Lori) Pond.  Dear brother of Christopher and the late Laura.  Loving father of Jaidyn and uncle to Chase, Kylee, Sawyer and Sunshine.  Jeremy is also survived by his grandfather, Gerald Spiece and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Jeremy was a truly dedicated son, an extremely loyal friend and had the biggest heart.  He could always make everyone laugh.  He attended Paul VI High School and later graduated from Haddon Heights High School, class of 1997.  A lifelong hockey enthusiast, Jeremy was happiest lacing up the skates and playing ice hockey.  He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, religiously rooting on his Flyers, Eagles, Phillies and 76ers.  For the last 10 years Jeremy was a physical education and health teacher at Eastside High School (formerly Woodrow Wilson High School) in Camden where he was loved by students and fellow teachers.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday, April 22, 2024, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 250 S. White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ 08106.  Prayer service will follow at 12:00 PM.  Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
