On January 12, 2016, of Collingswood, NJ. Age 70 years.

Beloved husband of Margaret E. Jack (nee Fuhs). Dear father of Victoria B. (Thomas) Williams and Steven J. (Michele) Jack. Loving grandfather of Tommy, Jonathan, Stephanie, Nicholas, Lisa and great grandfather of 5. He is also survived by his brother, William (Jean) Jack.

John was a Vietnam Conflict U.S. Navy veteran, serving on the USS Sable Fish. He was a proud member and past president of the Original Garden State Corvette Club.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Sunday Evening 5 to 7 PM and Monday 10 to 11 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Funeral Service will follow at 11 AM. Entombment Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, NJ.
