On April 1, 2018, formerly of Oaklyn and Fairview, Camden, NJ.  Age 79 years.

Husband of Wilhelmina "Mina" Shannon.  Dear father of Jack (Denise), Kevin, Debbie Carter and Brian (Shannan).  Loving grandfather of Kyle, Colin, Keanan, Moira, Emma and Keira.  Devoted brother of Dorothy Shannon and the late Thomas Shannon.

Jack was born in Philadelphia, PA and a graduate of West Catholic High School and LaSalle College.  He was a longtime employee of Camden County Health Services, longtime volunteer with Saint Joan of Arc Church and former member of the Oaklyn Board of Education.  Jack was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday evening 6 to 8 PM and Friday 9 to 10:15 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ.  Mass of Christian Burial Friday 11 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 1739 Ferry Ave., Camden, NJ.  Interment private.
