José Albán (Pepe Albán)

Pepe Albán lived his life with integrity and grace: a devoted son, a cherished brother, a loving husband, a wonderful father, and a doting grandfather. He was known for his fairness, entrepreneurial spirit, and heroic strength.

He leaves behind three enduring legacies. The first is the family he built: the Albán Jaramillo. Under the guidance and example of Pepe and Maque, every member of this family has grown into a remarkable and kind-hearted individual. The second legacy is his unwavering resilience in the face of life's challenges. He confronted cancer with courage and determination, ultimately triumphing by choosing his own time to ascend to the Heavenly Realm.

Lastly, José Patricio Albán Salazar exemplified a life lived in balance, neither in excess nor in want, but with wisdom and sufficiency.
We are confident that he now rests in peace and happiness, watching over us and blessing us from above.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ 08108.  Prayer service will follow at 11:00 AM.  Interment private.

Pepe Albán vivió a su manera: fue un buen hijo, un buen hermano, un excelente esposo, un maravilloso padre y uncariñoso abuelo. Fue justo, emprendedor y tuvo una heroica fortaleza.

Nos deja tres legados. El primero, es el equipo que construyó: los Albán Jaramillo.

Todos los jugadores de esta familia se convirtieron, bajo la dirección de Pepe y  Maque, en maravillosos y hermosos seres humanos. El segundo legado, es el de aceptar y no desmayar ante las pruebas que Dios disponga. Al cáncer, por ejemplo, lo combatió peleando y lo ganó. Sí, lo ganó porque Pepe Albán decidió cuándo cambiarse a vivir al Barrio del Cielo y no al contrario.

Por último, José Patricio Albán Salazar demostró que se puede vivir basado en la justa medida y no en los extremos: ni con mucho, ni con poco, sino con lo sabiamente suficiente.

Seguro está descansando feliz y en paz. Y nos cuidará y bendecirá desde arriba. ¡Honor y respeto a quién se lo merece!
