Judith Ellen Curran (nee Hennessy) passed away on August 30, 2024.  A resident of Voorhees, NJ and formerly of Westmont, NJ, Judy was 81 years old.

Beloved wife of 60 years to James L. Curran.  Loving mother of Amy (Tom) Steele, James L. (Jen) Curran, Jr. and Michael (Laurie) Curran.  Devoted grandmother to Sarah, Ashley, Ryan, Katelyn, Matthew, Laila and Eva.  Dear sister of Thomas (Debra) Hennessy and the late Linda (Michael) Brandley.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Judy was a 1960 graduate of Collingswood High School where she was a member of the varsity field hockey, basketball and tennis teams.  She then earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA.  Judy began her career as a science teacher at Gloucester City Middle School.  She then spent time as a substitute teacher in the Haddon Township and Collingswood High Schools before becoming the longtime receptionist for Dr. Robert Bassman, DDS in Voorhees, NJ.  Judy was also a lifelong dedicated member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Collingswood, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday, September 5, 9:00 to 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 839 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ 08108.  Burial Office and Holy Eucharist will follow at 11:00 AM.  Interment Arlington Cemetery, Pennsauken, NJ.
