Beloved son of Helen M. Fowler and the late Charles H. Fowler. Dear brother of Paul L. of Cherry Hill, NJ and Helen May (Don) Thorne of Marlton, NJ. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew and devoted friend, Kathy Sullivan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday 10:00-11:00AM at FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, NJ. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00AM. Interment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ.
