IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kimberly Ann
Salotto Irwin
March 20, 1979 – October 19, 2024
Kimberly Ann Salotto Irwin was a radiant light in the lives of all who knew her. Born on March 20, 1979, Kimberly's charismatic spirit and compassionate heart shined brightly for 45 years before her passing on October 19, 2024. Born and raised in Haddon Heights, NJ, Kimberly later settled in St. Petersburg, FL. She was known for her vibrant personality and her ability to make everyone around her feel special.
Beloved wife of Dan Irwin and loving daughter to Sharon Knoll (Fran) and Bob Salotto (Amy). Kimberly is survived by her grandmother, Mildred "Mom-Mom" Ruoff and siblings, Nicole Olsson (Kristan), Bob Salotto, Jr. (Susan), Anthony Salotto, Andrew Knoll, Will Salotto and step-siblings, Julie Crosson (Andrew), Jennifer Knoll and Dan Knoll, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by Bella (her dog daughter) and her grandparents, Albert "Pop-Pop" Ruoff, Marion "Mom-Mom" Tesoro and Guido "Pop-O" Salotto.
Kimberly was a professional hair stylist whose passion for her work was evident in the joy and satisfaction she brought to her clients. She found the love of her life in Dan Irwin and was a supportive and caring wife for 11 years of marriage. Their adventurous spirit took them to the beautiful Florida cities of Tampa, Sarasota, Delray Beach and Gainesville, taking memories with them from every place they lived. Kimberly had a heart of gold and a love of nature. She enjoyed her walks along the water with Bella, traveling with Dan and spending time with "Papa Dukes" and her Florida family. Visits back home also gave her great joy. She loved family gatherings, spoiling her nieces and nephews and catching up with her cousins.
In the words of the poet, Maya Angelou, "People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel." Kimberly's memory will live on through the loving memories she created with those who knew her.
