(nee Concordia) On October 5, 2017, formerly of Haddonfield, NJ. Age 97 years.
Beloved wife of the late Alfred Costanzo. Dear mother of Elaine Costanzo and Linda (Jim) Garrett. Loving grandmother of Dianna Adkins, Michael Garrett and Christopher Garrett and great grandmother of Eric, Jamie, Zack, Micah, Ellie and Audrey. Devoted sister of Gilda Campagna.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Monday 10 to 11 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, St. Vincent Pallotti Church, 901 Hopkins Rd., Haddon Twp., NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM. Entombment Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Compassionate Care Hospice, 261 Connecticut Dr. #1, Burlington Twp., NJ 08016 and/or Interfaith Caregivers, 242 Kings Hwy. East, Haddonfield, NJ 08033.
