Lorraine Cunningham of Haddonfield, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Philadelphia to the late Thomas and Dorothy Cunningham, Lorraine devoted her life to her family and her community.

She spent 25 years teaching first grade at Saint Peter’s Catholic School in Riverside, where she touched and enriched the lives of countless children and families through her care, warmth, and dedication. She didn't just live life; she embraced it fully, bringing warmth and joy to everyone lucky enough to cross her path. A proud and active member of the Irish Society, Lorraine was often found dancing and enjoying music with friends. She also took great pride in caring for her grandchildren, cherished her time at the beach, and was a devoted Phillies fan who loved cheering on her team. 

Lorraine is lovingly remembered by her children, Heather, James (and his wife, Lottie), and Bethann; her cherished grandchildren, Connor, Luke, and Chloe; and her brother, Thomas (and his wife, Sue), her sisters, Mary and Nancy, and her niece and nephews, whom she loved very much.

A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at Christ the King Church, 200 Windsor Ave., Haddonfield, NJ 08033.  Family and friends are welcome to attend.  Visitation will take place from 10 AM to 11 AM with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 AM.  Interment private.
