On August 1, 2011, of Barrington, NJ. Age 50 years. Loving companion of Sharon L. Harter. He is also survived by a son, Michael Azzari, a daughter, Nicole Azzari, two grandsons, Dominic and Anthony Azzari. Son of Louis J. Azzari, Sr. and the late Margaret. Brother of Michael Page.
Visitation with family and friends Thursday, August 4th, 6 to 8 PM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 250 White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ. Prayer service will follow at 8 PM. Interment private.
Contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 325 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19106 (www.kidney.org).
