Peacefully at home after a long illness, on July 21, 2024, of Collingswood.  Age 74 years.

Beloved husband of 52 years to Pamela P. Smarro (nee Peck).  Dear father of Jennifer (Ryan) Smarro Gibbons and Douglas (Courtney).  Loving grandfather of Alexander, Enzo, and Emma Marie.  He is also lovingly survived by his brother, Steven (Pamela E.); niece, Margaret (Chris) Cooke; nephew, Anthony Palmer and great niece, Elizabeth Cooke.

Louis was the former owner of Lusch Frames in Philadelphia, PA.

Memorial Service and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Samaritan Hospice at www.samaritannj.org .
