It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Raymond T. Raletz, Jr., age 77, of Sicklerville, NJ on September 23, 2026.  A devoted father, proud military serviceman, and friend to many, Raymond leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, courage and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Raymond was a loving father of two children, who meant the world to him. His dedication to his family was matched by his commitment to serving his country. Throughout his military career, Raymond proudly served during Operation Desert Storm, demonstrating the strength, bravery, and sacrifice that defined so much of his life.

Outside of his military service and role as a father, Raymond found joy in the simple things. He loved horseback riding, embracing the freedom and peace that came with being around horses. He also had a wonderful sense of humor and loved joking with people. His ability to make others laugh, share a story, and bring a smile to someone's face was a gift that will never be forgotten.

Raymond will be remembered for his strength, his humor, his love of family, and the countless moments he shared with those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the memories he created and the love he gave will remain forever.

Raymond is the beloved husband of 41 years to Susan L. Raletz (nee Dees).  Loving father of Michael (Alyssa) Raletz and Patrick Raletz.  Son of the late Helen and Raymond T. Raletz, Sr.  Dear brother of John A. (Linda) Raletz, Miriam (Charles) Lafferty and the late Christine M. Raletz.  Son-in-law to Linda (the late Robert) Dees, Jr. and brother-in-law to Robert (Mary Jane) Dees.  He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday, September 28, 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ.  Prayer service will follow at 12:00 Noon.  Interment will be private at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.  

Raymond had a love for animals; especially his dogs: Bella, Cali and Ollie; his granddogs, Lola and Cooper and his horse, Remedy.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Raymond's memory to Forgotten Angels Equine Rescue, 288 Hartford Rd., Medford, NJ 08055. (www.forgottenangels.net)
