Passed peacefully at the age of 89 at her residence in St. Louis, MO in the loving company of her son, John and his wife, Mary.

Peggy was formerly of Haddon Heights, NJ, where she lived for over 60 years before moving to St. Louis to be with her family. She was a graduate of Gloucester City High School and a member of All Soul's Anglican Church. She treasured her time with her son, John and his family, and her sister, Nancy. Peggy enjoyed dining out, knitting, playing bridge and reading. She will always be remembered for her many small acts of kindness to everyone she met.

Peggy was the eldest daughter of the late John and Mildred Horley, beloved wife of the late John S. "Jack" Koykka, Jr. and loving mother to the late Steven. She is survived by her loving son, John, daughter-in-law, Mary, two granddaughters, Emily and Claire, her sister, Nancy, sisters-in-law, Iowa and Louise and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a private graveside service for the family at Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.
