(Nee-Tiefenthaler) On January 30, 2009, of Brooklawn, NJ. Age 64 years.
Beloved wife of Edward J. Simila. Dear mother of Teresa Simila. Loving sister of Francis (Catherine) Tiefenthaler, Jr., the late Henry (Barbara) Tiefenthaler and the late Joseph T. Tiefenthaler (Vietnam Conflict). Sister-In-Law of John (the late Dolores) Simila, James (Catherine) Simila, Florence (Rick) Matz, Mary (John) Ragen and the late Robert (Frances) Simila. She is also survived by 108 nieces and nephews.
Maryann was born in Philadelphia and lived out her life in Brooklawn, NJ. She graduated from Gloucester Catholic High School in 1962 and shortly after married Edward Simila of Gloucester City. Maryann was a proud housewife and mother. She loved her family and was most happy spending time with them.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday 8:30 to 10:30 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave. (at Lees Ave.), Collingswood, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 11 AM at the Church of St. Maurice, 401 Community Rd., Brooklawn, NJ. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made in her name to Caring Hospice, 102 Gaither Dr., Suite 2, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054.
