Obituary

(nee Keller) On July 1, 2017, of the Collingswood Manor, where she lived the last four years.  Formerly of Audubon, NJ; age 90 years.

She was predeceased by her husband, The Reverend Benjamin Melvin Stillwell.  Beloved mother of Edith May Hardy of Keller, TX and Jonathan Stillwell (Loretta Dunne) of Audubon, NJ.  She is also survived by a brother and 15 nieces and nephews.

Myrtle was a life-time member of the United Methodist Church.  She married a Methodist minister and was always active in the church.  She was a dedicated leader in the Camden Neighborhood Center youth organization, and worked to raise funds and orchestrated activities for children with AIDS.  Upon retirement, she served as director of the Friendly Seniors at Haddonfield United Methodist Church.  She was also active in the United Methodist Women and the Eastern Star.  Her favorite things in life were church fellowship, cats, camping, sewing and making crafts.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday 8:30 to 10 AM at the Haddonfield United Methodist Church, 29 Warwick Rd., Haddonfield, NJ.  Funeral service will follow at 10 AM.  Interment Cedar Green Cemetery, Clayton, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Camden Neighborhood Center, 278 Kaighns Ave., Camden, NJ 08103.
