On April 7, 2013, of Haddon Twp., NJ, formerly of Hamburg, PA. Age 73 years. Beloved husband of 49 years to Marjorie (nee Peters). Loving father of Laura Marie Miller and Alison Miller (Robert Smentek). Grandpa to Lillian Smentek. Dear cousin of Gloria Oxenreider (nee Spirat) and Charles Tobias. Close uncle to Barbara and Jacqueline.

Born on August 7, 1939, Nolan was a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and the Curtis Institute of Music. Early in his career, he played French horn with the Reading Symphony and was a Piano Soloist as a student audition winner. Nolan also spent over 40 years with the Philadelphia Orchestra as Co-Principal and Principal Horn.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family on Saturday 10 to 11 AM at the Collingswood Presbyterian Church, 30 Fern Ave., Collingswood, NJ 08108. Memorial Service will follow at 11 AM. Inurnment in the church memorial garden.
