(nee Lyons) Peacefully surrounded by her family on December 1, 2018, of Cinnaminson, NJ, formerly of Philadelphia, PA.  Age 86 years.

Predeceased by Thomas L. Weick, Sr.  Devoted and loving mother of the late Thomas L. Jr. (Elaine), Robert, James (Lois), Kathleen (Mike) Reilly, Patricia (Maureen), John (Kathy), Maryann (Steve) Gresko, Timothy (Nicole) and Tina (Lenny) Colfer.  Loving grandmother of 25 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  Dear sister of Maryann Wrubel.  Predeceased by brothers, Jack Lyons and Robert Lyons and sisters, Sr. Maria Purrisima (Kathleen) and Gertrude Barnes.

Pat was a 1950 graduate of Little Flower High School.  She was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially the Eagles, and was thrilled when they won the Super Bowl last season!

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Thursday evening 6 to 8 PM at FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ and Friday 10:30 to 11:15 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 103 4th St., Riverton, NJ.  Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 AM.  Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
