Phan T. Trieu passed away on April 28, 2016 at Cooper Hospital, Camden, NJ. Age 66 years.
He is survived by his wife, Phung (nee Nguyen), two daughters, one son and many other loving family members and friends.
Phan was a former social worker for Camden County Board of Social Services, Camden, NJ.
Viewing and funeral ceremonies were held privately with family and friends at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 250 White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ.
