Obituary
On April 20, 2011, of Haddon Twp., NJ, formerly of Collingswood, NJ. Age 90 years.
Beloved husband of the late Helen Krise (Nee-Dorshimer). Dear father of Raymond B. (Barbara Beggs) Krise, Jr. of Pacific Grove, CA, Connie (Robert) Anderson of Westmont, NJ and Cathy Krise of Audubon, NJ. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Ashley B. (Jennifer Wang) Anderson, Gwen Sweeten-Anderson and Cale Krise.
Mr. Krise was a 1938 graduate of Collingswood High School and attended the University of Alabama. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. Later, Mr. Krise spent time as a professional photographer. He retired in 2004 after 53 years (1951-2004) with the Philadelphia Phillies organization, serving for many years as Ticket Manager. Mr. Krise received the Richie Ashburn Special Achievement Award in 2001 for 50 years of dedicated and professional service to the Phillies and Major League Baseball.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family Tuesday, April 26th, 9 to 11 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Funeral service will follow at 11 AM. Interment Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, NJ.
The family requests contributions be made to the First Baptist Church of Collingswood, 23 Frazer Ave., Collingswood, NJ 08108.
