Obituary
On October 26, 2016, of Haddon Twp., NJ, formerly of Phoenixville, PA. Age 82 years.
Beloved husband of Elva V. Barnes-Schuler (nee Templin). Dear father of Richard (Kathleen) Barnes, Jr., Lisa (Daniel) Raimondi, Roseanne (David) Wilson, Andrew (Stacy) Barnes, Kristen Barnes (Clint Leihy) and step children, Paul (Ruth Ann) Schuler III, Nancy (Rick) Keiluhn and Debra (Ed) Rice. He is also lovingly survived by 18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Mr. Barnes was a longtime active member of Haddonfield United Methodist Church. He enjoyed woodworking and golf and was very devoted to his family. He also was a former lifeguard during his youth at 32nd Street in Longport, NJ.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday 10 to 11 AM at Haddonfield United Methodist Church, 29 Warwick Rd., Haddonfield, NJ 08033. Memorial Service will follow at 11 AM. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church at the above address and/or Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
