Obituary
On April 20, 2012, of Collingswood, NJ. Age 77 years.
Beloved husband of C. Dorothy Middleton (nee Welty). Dear father of Robert A. (Mary) Middleton, Jr. of Collingswood, NJ, Carol (Ralph Sr.) Slim of Cherry Hill, NJ and Patricia Steckley of Collingswood, NJ. Grandfather of Marissa Steckley, Ralph Slim, Jr. and Eric Slim. Brother to his twin, William E. Middleton, Jr. (Elaine Borger) and the late Miriam (George) Rose. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Collingswood, he was a 1952 graduate of Collingswood High School. He retired in 1996 after 44 years of employment with RCA. Robert was also a member of the Collingswood Old Grads, an avid sports fan and enjoyed bowling and time spent in Ocean City, NJ and Lancaster, PA.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday 9:30 to 11 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Funeral service will follow at 11 AM. Interment Bethel Memorial Park, Pennsauken, NJ.
