On September 7, 2015, of Mickleton, NJ, former lifelong resident of Haddon Heights, NJ. Age 70 years.

Married to high school sweetheart and best friend for 47 years to Phyllis M. Corson (nee Cone). Dear father of Jill Constantine of Moorestown, NJ, Kristin (Michael) Ricci of Haddon Heights, NJ and Joy Corson-DeFilippo (John) of Manhattan, NY. Loving Yampop of Billy, Jessica and Tommy; Poppy of Emily, Sophia and Nicholas; Brother of Eleanor Friedley and Margaret Bertuccio.

Rodger was a 1963 graduate of Haddon Heights High School and became an accomplished baseball player on the high school team and Haddon Heights Garden State League, which included being scouted by the Cleveland Indians organization. He served six years in the NJ National Guard and was a 35 year employee with Verizon of NJ. Through his enjoyment in harness horse racing, he became the proud owner of many racing horses over the years. Above all else, Rodger treasured the time he spent with his girls and grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday Evening 7 to 9 PM and Saturday 8 to 9 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 250 White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 9:30 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, 4th Ave. & Kings Hwy., Haddon Heights, NJ. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.
